Why can’t I enter a value for Generalized Seller Credits under the Calculating Cash to Close section?

Generalized Seller Credits is not applicable when you use the seller disclosures for a non-seller transaction.

Using the seller disclosures for a non-seller transaction is indicated on the collateral details page under the Seller section when no sellers have been added.
