What is the Increase exceeds legal limits amount shown in the Did this Change column for the Total Closing Costs row of the Calculating Cash to Close table?

The Comparison of Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure Fees section on the Calculations page will include those fees subject to 0% variance and fees subject to 10% variance.

This dollar amount is a sum of the fees in the Charges that Cannot Increase section that have exceeded tolerance as well as the aggregate amount that has exceeded the 10% threshold in the Charges that in Total Cannot Increase More than 10% section.
