How do I add all fees from a Fee Policy on the fee policy detail page?

Select the Fee Policy that contains the fees you want to add. Then select Add All at the top of the fee policy detail page to move all fees from the selected fee policy to the Fees to Add section of the page. Selecting Save at the bottom of the page will add all the fees from the Fees to Add section of the page to your transaction.
