Source of Funds

The Source of Funds section of the Loan Product Advisor Interface includes down payment information. This section displays when the Source of Funds section of the Financial Analysis page is completed in ComplianceOne.

The Source of Funds section allows a user to associate a down payment amount to specific down payment types before submission to Loan Product Advisor.

Completing Source of Funds Information

• Down Payment Type: The general name (type) of items commonly used for a down payment by the borrower(s) in a mortgage loan transaction displays and is populated from data previously entered on the Financial Analysis page of ComplianceOne.
• Down Payment Amount: Enter the dollar amount of the borrower's down payment type.
• Source Description: The description of the down payment source displays and is populated from data previously entered on the Financial Analysis page in ComplianceOne.
