Why am I unable to enter a value for the Rate Spread on my assumptions transaction?

When the covered transaction is an assumption, the rate spread is to be reported as NA (not applicable) and therefore is not able to be edited. For more information, see 12 CFR 1003.4(a)(12)-7.
