Why doesn’t the Rate Lock Date flow to the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure for an assumption transaction?

Even if a Rate Lock Date is entered into the Calculations page, it will not flow to the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure documents. This is because a Rate Lock does not apply to an assumption transaction.
