Each Next Gen product team utilizes Agile processes and requires various levels of involvement by InfoDev.
While documenting UI changes for a single Next Gen product does not require 100% allocation for a single InfoDev member, it is apparent that involvement throughout each sprint is vital for successful user documentation. While it is not imperitive that InfoDev members are not active in every scrum meeting during the course of a products sprint, It is important that they are active participants in the sprint planning sessions, as well as grooming, retros and other ceremonial events. This is to assist the InfoDev member in proficiently balancing the expected workload and to help ensure successful delivery of customer documentation.
While involvement in each daily scrum is not necessary, and in some cases not possible, it is important for the InfoDev member to communicate with the team on a consistent basis as to the status of any outstanding documentation PBIs.
