InfoDev Web Server

The InfoDev web server is the primary source of customer-based support documentation for all Next Gen products.

The InfoDev web server is used to host all Next Gen documentation deliverables. This method of delivery allows not only for ease of publishing end user documentation, but also can be used as a mechanism to learn how our customers are using the documentation and what is most helpful.

Future enhancements to both the documents and server infrastructure will allow for direct feedback from customers as they use the individual product documentation, providing an avenue of immediate voice of customer communication.
