The Fee Detail screen allows you to define details for fees that are applicable to a transaction.
| Feature | Description |

| Fee Name | Allows you to select from a list of configured Fee names |
| Section | Allows you to select the category under which the fee is associated. |
| Fixed | Allows you to define the fee as fixed and enter an amount. |
| Percent | Allows you to designate the fee as a percentage, and enter the amount of either the Amount Requested, Loan Amount, or Total of Payments |
| Whichever amount is | If Fixed amount and Percent are selected, this option allows you to signify whichever amount is either Greater Than or Less Than. |
| Paid By | Allows you to signify if the fee is paied by the borroweror lender. |
| Paid To | Enter the party to which the fee is paid. |
| Variance Type | Select the type of variance: 0%, 10% or Variance permitted |
| Collect As | Allows you to indicate how the fee iscollected. |
| Title Charge | Select if the fee is a charge for a Title |
| Optional Charge | Select if the fee is considered an optional charge |
| POC | Select if the fee is Paid Outside of Closing |
| HOEPA | Select if the fee is protected by the Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act |
| HOEPA State | Select if the fee is protected by the steate-specific Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act |
| Fee Refundable | Select if the fee is refundable |
| Finance Charge | Select if the fee is a finance charge |
