From the Messages/Notes tab, you can send and receive dealer messages or post internal notes.
Dealer Messages
- To send a new message, type the message in the To Dealer: box and press Send.
- To view a previous message, select the message in the Message History list.
Internal Notes
- To add a new note, type the note in the Add Notes box and press Save.
- To view a previous note, select the message in the Notes list.
