Decision, Callbacks, and Decline Reasons

Use the Decision tab to select a decision, enter terms and notes for a callback, and select reasons for a decision of Decline or Condition.



  1. Update the Approval Terms. When all terms are correct, click the Save button.
  2. If required, attach a note or notes to the application. To add a note, enter the note text in the New Note box, and click the Add button.


  3. Select a Decision Status.
  4. If the decision is Condition or Decline, click the Reason Codes button and select a reason.


  5. Click the SUBMIT DECISION button.
