The Create Account screen allows you to select the organization and the policy
for a new account.
Only the organizations (and their associated policies) to which you have access are displayed.
Organizations and policies are created in Administration.
Note: The Create Account
screen does not appear if only one organization and one policy exist. If so, the Parties Page is displayed.
