Each screen of the application has a common header that is the starting location for all tasks within the application.
- Home Button - Clicking this button returns you to the home page
- Menu Button - Displays the Submenu
- Help - Displays a page providing help pertaining to the features, tasks and concepts of the current application page.
- LOG OFF - Allows you to logout of the application.
