Creating a Traditional Beneficiary Transaction

To create a Traditional Beneficiary Transaction:

  1. From the Home Screen, click New Plan.
    The Create Account Screen screen is displayed.
  2. Within the Organization Information section, Select the Organization and the Policy from the associated lists, and then click Create.
    The Parties Screen is displayed.
  3. From the Plan Type list, select Traditional Beneficiary.
  4. Click + Account Holder.
    The Parties Selection Screen is displayed.
  5. Locate or create the party to be used as the Account Holder.
    The Parties screen is updated with the selected party.
  6. Optionally, click + Additional Parties to select one or more parties to be associated with the transaction.
  7. From the Transaction Workflow, click Plan Info.
    The Plan Info Screen is displayed.
  8. Within the provided sections and features, enter a plan number and provide information for contributions, investments and any request for funds or assets.
  9. From the Transaction Workflow, click Document Data.
    The Document Data Screen is displayed.
  10. In the Form to Load list, select the form you wish to first load into the Document Viewer for modification.

  11. Enter as much document information as required or desired and click Create Documents.
    The Print Screen is displayed.
  12. Optionally, select the documents you wish to include for printing and click Preview.
    A new browser tab or window is displayed, showing the documents (in PDF format) with the all included transaction information. This allows you to easily send the documents to a printer.
