Introduction

The Wolters Kluwer Financial Services Administration tool provides administrative tools, including account setup and user management features, to effectively manage customer, broker, and user accounts across a range of products and solutions.

The application is structured in a series of pages, or screens, that lead you through the process of creating an account for a given customer.

Under this model, you begin with the organization and work your way successively to each account component down the line. As you create and build a customer account, you then can create broker accounts to associate with a customer and then move on to create individual user accounts that are associated with brokers.
