Copying a Policy

A policy can be easily copied to use as a starting point for a new policy.

Note:
  • Each policy must have a unique name.
  • The policy will apply to the organization where it was created.
  • If the organization is a parent organization, the children will inherit the policy if the Inherit Policies check box is selected for the child organization. Review your child organizations to verify they include the appropriate policies.

To copy a policy:

  1. Hover your cursor over a policy and click the COPY POLICY button.
  2. Edit the information.
  3. Click the SAVE button.
