This option allows Outsource Mappers to identify those orders that cannot be comlpeted.
- From the My Work screen, select an in process, active order.
- From the Process Order menu, select Flood Info. Complete all required fields and click Unable to Complete.
The user is returned to the
My Work screen.
Note: Users with Manager permissions can verify that the order was placed in the Discrepancies queue on the My Work screen.
