New Features: - History Search – Increased search results display - With this release, when users perform a search in Manual Center, the result will display with pagination showing results in individual blocks of entries. A combo box has been added for users to choose how many entries to display per block.
Bug Fixes: - New Order Flood Info & Resolve Dispute "Copy from Prev" - With this release, the bug was fixed so users can copy from a previous certificate and resolve the dispute.
- Manage Work - Date Range - Previously, when a user entered a date range and selected a queue tab in Manage Work, results were shown, however if the same date range was used to select another queue tab, no results were shown. With this release, the same date range can be used when selecting different queue tabs.

New Features: - Reverse Geocode (Flood Info, Resolve Dispute) - With this release, when a user is entering flood information or resolving a dispute, a feature has been added allowing users to GeoCode the manual latitude/longitude to populate the address and flood information so information doesn’t have to be manually entered.
- ‘Assign to Available’ and ‘Discrepancy’ options for Contracted Mapper Role - With this release, the ‘Assign to Available’ and ‘Discrepancy’ options for an order have been made available for users with the contracted mapper role.
- Attaching Multiple Files - With this release, when attaching multiple files, users will select one file at a time when adding to the attachments screen. Once each file has been added individually, all files can be uploaded at the same time.
- Edit > Move Order Error - With this release, users have the ability to move a single order without getting an error.

New Features: - Attachment Type from FDS Displayed - With this release, when an FDS user attaches a document and chooses an attachment type, Manual Center users will see what type of document was attached by the FDS user.
- Attachment Type Dropdown - With this release, users have the ability to define the type of attachment they are uploading using the dropdown list next to the file being attached. Options in the dropdown include:
- Appraisal
- Deed
- Email
- Legal Description
- Overlay
- Plat Map/Survey
- Other
- Life of Loan Parcel Number - With this release, when orders are being processed for LOL updates, the parcel number entered in the "Matched Address" section will now display on the latest determination for the customer or mapping analyst to view.
- Mapper Comments on LIfe of Loan Updates - With this release, when a Life of Loan is auto-completed, mapper comments will be removed from the comments section and placed in Order History.
- 'My Work' Queue - With this release, user’s My Work queue will be ordered by the Order History "Assignment" date instead of the enter date.
- LOMC Date Search Field - With this release, users have the ability to search by a LOMC date to identify certificates with LOMC's that have that date.
- Error Handling for New Order Batch - With this release, when a new batch is uploaded to process, if errors are found in the batch file, they will be displayed and the user will not be permitted to proceed with the batch process until errors are resolved.
- Coordinates Resource Field - With this release, users have a specific resource option for coordinates. A Coordinates check box and text field has been added to the Resources option under Edit in the Manual Center.
- Geocoding Data Update - With this release, the 2016 Q1 and Q2 Geocoding Data is available

New Features: - Stored Procedures - CANCEL orders that customers did not respond to via RFI - With this release, all active orders that are unable to be completed because the customer did not respond to a RFI within 60 days, will be removed from the queue and cancelled so that the queue reflects active work in progress. This will include new in-progress orders only.
- New Order Batch Results Report - With this release, users have the ability to run a report for new batch orders, once the batch has been processed. The report will show the progress of all the orders.
- “Processing – Please Wait” Message on History Tab - With this release, the “Processing – Please Wait” message will display any time a user selects one of the following from the History Tab. The message will disappear once the process is complete.

New Features:- Ability to Save Order Without Validation - With this release, Manual Center users working with an order will have the ability to enter some or all of the information into the Flood Info screen and save without getting validation errors that prohibit processing the order. Upon clicking Save for an in progress New Order or in progress Life of Loan Update:
- If a field is blank – no validation
- If a field is NOT blank – validate that the field is populated with the correct requirements
- If a field is a Drop down - no validation

New Features:- Entering Certificate Number in Flood Info Screen - With this release, users have the ability to search using a certificate number when selecting the ‘search previous’ feature in the Flood Info screen.
- Change Loan ID on a Transferred order within 90 days of Transfer date - With this release, users have the ability to change the Loan ID on a TRANSFERRED order if it is within 90 days of the TRANSFER date.

New Features:- Notice_in.pdf Replaced with Two New Forms - With this release, two forms will be generated in place of the previous notice_in.pdf form. The 2 forms will be generated based on whether the community is a participating community or not a participating community. The two new forms are:

New Features:- Downgrade Orders - With this release, users will have the ability to process a batch downgrade of multiple orders. This option is available in Batch Operations. Upon submitting a batch downgrade, an Excel spreadsheet of the processed orders will be available. A batch downgrade will not be possible if:
- The order is Paid Off
- The order is Cancelled
- The order is placed by a user whose account has no access to Residential Basic
- The order is already in the Basic status
- Downgrade Report - With this release, users will have the ability to view a report of all Batch downgrades and be able to download a .CSV spreadsheet containing records that were downgraded with any errors that happened during the process. The report can be accessed through the Admin tab by selecting Downgrade Order Queue Results.
- 'Other Inquiry(s)' Checkbox - With this release, users will have the ability to select 'Other Inquiry(s)' when requesting additional information for a certificate from the RFI screen. This checkbox can be used to explain in further detail what the user is looking for.
- User Option to Pick Email Address - With this release, users submitting an RFI have the option to pick the email address(es) to which the RFI will be sent.
- Show LOL Contact Email Address(es) - With this release, users have the ability to view the LOL Contact Email Address(es) pertinent to the account of the determination that is being reviewed.
- Display Processor Email - With this release, Manual Center users have the ability to view the email address of the processor who entered the order via FDS. The user will enter the processor email in FDS and this field will be displayed in MC under Order Info.

New Features: - Prompt before Batch Cancel - With this release, users with Batch functionality are able to upload a .CSV file to cancel a batch and view the uploaded list before actually cancelling the orders. A column has been added for users to enter notes to be inserted into the 'Description' of the order history entry.
- Number of Acreage - With this release, users will have the ability to view the number of acres entered by the user who entered an order in FDS.
- 'Back to Search' Results Functionality - With this release, user have the ability to return to search results in History from an order.
- New drop-down menu with lender contacts to process batch orders - With this release, when users submit a Batch order they are able to pick the Lender Contact under which the batch order is to be processed.

New Features: - Display Borrower Name on Order Details - With this release, the Borrower Name will display on the Order Details page for All Outsourced Roles (Outsource Mapper and Outsourced Supervisor).
- New Flood Role (Contracted Mapper) - With this release, a new role has been added, Contracted Mapper. With this new role, Contracted Mappers will have access to the following:
- My Work > Retrieve (New Orders, Life of Loan Updates, Open Disputes & Discrepancies)

- Display Client Entered Dispute Contact Information - With this release, the following has been added to Open Dispute in Manual Center:
- Users can view information about the user who submitted a dispute by referring to the Requested By field
- Number of Structures - With this release, Manual Center users can view the ‘Number of Structures’ in the 'Order Info" section.
Bug Fixes
- Save Dispute Button Resolves Dispute - With this release, after a Manual Center user enters information to Resolve a Dispute, the following will occur upon clicking the Save button.

- Watermarks Not Generating on Documents - With this release, watermarks will now display on the following documents:
- The Cancel watermark will display when a user cancels an order.

- RFI Status to No on Assign To Available Option - With this release, when a Manual Center user selects the Assign To Available option from History on a certificate, the RFI of that order will change to No.
- Edit Address on Disputed Orders - With this release, the following changes have been made to disputed orders.
- The Edit drop down in MC on a Disputed order now shows Edit>Address
- Users are able to edit an address on a disputed order
- There will be an order history entry for edit address

New Features: - Dispute Finctionality Added - With this release, edit & resolve dispute functionality has been added for the CSR role. For the Outsource Supervisor role, add, edit & resolve dispute functionality has been added.
- Edit Address Functionality Added - With this release, edit address (now includes address 1 and 2) has been added for CSR, Supervisor, Manager, and Internal Mapper roles.
- Claimed Orders in Outsource New Order Quiue changes to New Order -
With this release, when an order that is in the "Outsource New Order" queue is claimed by an Internal Mapper, it will appear in the "New Order" queue.
When an order that is in the "Outsource Life of Loan Updates" queue is claimed by an Internal Mapper, it will appear in the "Life of Loan Updates" queue.
- Added ability to edit clean address, access managed work, edit resources - With this release, Internal Mappers will have the ability to:
- Edit a clean address (under the admin tab)
- Access all of Manage work
- Edit resources (under history)
- Certificate Number and Input Address on RFI Screen - With this release, the Certificate Number and Input Address will be displayed on the RFI screen so that they are readily available for reference when working on an RFI.
- Add, Edit, Remove +4 of Zip Code - With this release, Manual Center users have the ability to add, edit, and remove the +4 of a zip code while resolving a dispute.
- Identifying Orders Placed through the Website or Via XML -
With this release, the order detail screen of an order has a field that identifies how the order was placed (either via XML or website).

- LOL Update Individual Orders - With this release, a checkbox titled "Life of Loan Update" has been added to the Resolve Dispute Screen. Upon submitting the dispute, the following will occur:
- The Determination Date will be changed to the date and time of the submit
- Notifications will be sent
- The flag LIfeOfLoanUpdate in Flood Determination will be set to TRUE. Note: This option is not available for Residential Basic.
Modification to Roles – CSR, Outsource Supervisor, and Internal Mapper roles will have Resolve Dispute access.
Users can view order history to ensure the process has been completed. All FDS and Manual Center reports will reflect the order is an LOL Update
- New ‘Assign to Available’ Option - With this release, Manual Center users (Supervisor, Manager, and Customer Support Representative) have a new option when processing orders called Assign to Available. This gives users the ability to assign an order that is currently assigned to a mapper back on the 'new order' queue and 'assigned to' name removed.
Actions taken will display as follows in History.

- Re-Architect Create New Orders - With this release Manual Center Users (Manager, Supervisor, or Customer Service Representative); the following changes have been made to the process of creating a batch of new orders
- Batch orders will not duplicate
- Batch order will not time out
- Turn around time (24 hourse) for clients
- Production batches will be scheduled for the following Central Times: 9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM, & 6 PM (weekdays)
The following changes have been made to the process of creating a batch under the Batch Tab - Userr can enter a description for the batch that will be used for order history, edit queue, and results
- Batches are not limited to 1000
Uder the Admin Tab a new option titled "Edit Batch Order Queue" has been added.

New Features:- Move order from one username to a different username
- (1) Flood MC - Supervisor or (2) Flood MC Customer Service Representative Roles – Users can move orders from one username to a different username within the same account as well as within a different account.
- Search - When searching for a user - active, paid off, cancelled, and transferred orders are included. When searching for a user that does not exist - an error message will display. When a user is found with no orders - an error message will display.
- Search Results - When a user with orders is found - breakout per Lender Contact, Account and Order Count.
- Mover Orders To - Once a lender contact grouping has been selected, manual center users can view and select (1) the New Account for the orders (2) the New User for that Account (3) the new Lender Contact for the selected new user & (4) allow the user custom text.
- Order History – Users can see a line item in order history for a certificate that has been moved.
- Move Order Results Queue
- With this release, the Move Order Results queue has been added. The results to display on the More Order Results Report are; Requesting User, Requested Date, Order Count, Previous Account, Previous User, Previous COntact Lender, Updated Order Count, New Account, New User, New Lender Contact, and Description. Results will remain for 90 days.
- Ability to CHange Loan ID on Transfers - With this release, users can view (defaulted to the loan number from the certificate) and edit the Loan Number. It is not a required field. If the Loan number changes, there will be an entry in order history indicating

- Outsource Provider added to Determination Information - With this release, users have the option to view the Outsource Provider in the Determination Information Section of the Order. Updates:- Lender Contact Pairing not updating when contact is changed - Previously, when updating a Contact in EA, the updated information was not passed through to the FDS Defaults display to ensure that the new contact information was getting paired. With this release, as an Admin user attempting to edit a contact in EA, updated information (contact name) in the FDS Defaults Lender Contact pairing will display.
- Individual Contacts are 'blanked' when they should be "removed" from the user default pairing - The issue of displaying blanks for individual contacts instead of removing them from the display has been resolved. Individual contacts will no longer display on the Lender Contact to Pair section of the screen. The display will show only entity contacts.
