The following release table lists key enhancements and important changes made to the application.

| 2016.5 | July | Attaching Multiple Files - With this release, when attaching multiple files, users will select one file at a time when adding to the attachments screen. Once each file has been added individually, all files can be uploaded at the same time. |
| 2016.4 | June 2016 | Geocoding Data Update - With this release, the 2016 Q1 and Q2 Geocoding Data is available. Recertifying Orders - With this release, when FDS users are recertifying an order, they have the option to pick between cancelling the original order and recertifying that order, or recertifying the order and leaving the original order as is. Attachments Type Dropdown - With this release, users can select the type of attachments being added to an order. In Order Maintenance, when a user opens an order, there is now an option to ‘Attach Files.’ Users will select a file to attach and click Open. Once attached, select the file type using the dropdown next to each filename. Options in the dropdown include:

| 2016.2 | April 2016 | Display Account ID and Lender Contact ID - With this release, users who have access to FDS Admin and FDS User Defaults can view the Account ID and Lender Contact ID. ‘Basic Access for FDS Basic’ Permission for Attaching Files - With this release, users with the permission Basic Access for FDS Basic can attach files to an active order or delete attachments. New Warning Message when Deleting Attachments - With this release, a warning message will display when users delete attachments from orders. |

| 2015.9 | December 2015 | RFI Request now shows on Search Results screen With this release, when users search for orders using the Order Maintenance screen, the results will show “RFI Request” on orders that have an RFI. It will display after the cert number in the search results.

| 2015.8 | November 2015 | Notice_in.pdf Replaced with Two New Forms With this release, two forms will be generated in place of the previous notice_in.pdf form. The 2 forms will be generated based on whether the community is a participating community or not a participating community. The two new forms are:

| 2015.7 | November 2015 | Edit Loan ID With this release, users have the ability to change/update the Loan ID of an order. This update can be done within 90 days of NEW or RECERTIFIED order and within 90 days of the TRANSFER date of a transferred order. History will be updated to include the username, date, and description of the update. Show LOL Contact Email Address(es) With this release, users have the ability to view the LOL Contact Email Address(es) pertinent to their username/account. Processor Email field added to Order Tab With this release, a new field has been added under the Order tab. The Processor Email field is used to store the email address(es) of the processor. Multiple addresses can be entered. Text "Unable to Edit' added to Comments that Print on FEMA Form With this release, the text ‘Unable to Edit’ has been added to the Comments field. Edit Borrower Name With this release, users have the option to edit the Borrower Name for an order. The borrower name can be edited if an order is New or Transferred and is within 90 days of the enter date. Recertified orders will not have the option to update the borrower name. |
| 2015.1.6 | September 2015 | 'Send as Rush' Checkbox With this release, when an order goes to a Manual Determination in FDS, users can select the ‘Send as Rush’ checkbox for all rush orders. The Send as Rush button at the bottom of the screen has been removed. New Field for Acreage With this release, users can enter the number of acres for a property when entering a new order. |
| 2015.1.5 | August 2015 | Number of Structures With this release, users can select ‘0’ from the dropdown when selecting the number of structures for a new flood determination. Additionally, when the product type is set to ‘Commercial’ and the number of structures selected is 2 or more, an alert message will display stating ‘Additional orders may be required to ensure proper coverage for your collateral.’ 'View' User Role Update With this release, FDS users with View rights can now transfer orders from FDS Web. Display Client Entered Dispute Contact Information With this release, FDS users no longer have to enter their email and phone number when submitting a dispute. It will be automatically populated and will not be editable. |
| 2015.1.4 | June 2015 | Adding Attachements Under 10MB With this release, users can now attached a file under 10MB without receiving an error message. |
| 2015.1.3 | April 2015 | Ability to CHange Loan ID on Lender Transfers With this release, users can view (defaulted to the loan number from the certificate) and edit the Loan Number upon a single lender transfer. It is not a required field. If the Loan number changes, there will be an entry in order history indicating updated loan number/username/date/loan number changed from xxxxxx. Create an order and transfer to Lender no longer limited to first 100 Lender Contacts With this release, users that can use all lender contacts can also select all lender contacts. This is no longer limited to the first 100. Additionally, this is also true for users transferring an order to another user |
| 2015.1.2 | February 2015 | Manual Notification Email Update With this release, a new optional field has been added to the FDS Order screen labeled Additional Email Certification. The Email Certification To field has been changed to Defaulted Email Certification and is now a read only field. |
| 2015.1.1 | January 2015 | FEMA Form Change With this release, when ordering a new flood determination, the new Standard Flood Hazard Determination (SFHD), form number 086-0-32, revised by FEMA has been incorporated the system. This form has an expiration date of May 30, 2015. |
