If you would like to dispute information on the determination, please email or fax this information to floods@wolterskluwer.com or phone: (800) 447-7893 (select option #2, followed by option #1 for customer service). Be sure to include the cert number, what you are disputing, and your contact information with any information sent in. Listed below is the type of information that will be helpful for each type of dispute:
Zone Disputes:
- Letter of Map Change: LOMA, LOMR, LOMR-F
- Plat map
- Survey
- Appraisal
- Complete legal description
City, State, ZIP, Community Disputes:- Legal
- Title work
- Appraisal
- Parcel info as it relates to the county
DOCUMENTS WE WILL NOT TAKE:- Another vendor's flood certification
