When the package details appear, they will display the following information:
- Package ID - the tracking number for the package
- Package Date - the date the package was sent in SDX
- Sender - username or email address of the package sender
- Send on behalf of - the email address of the sender when a central username is being used to send packages, such as sdxonsite@wolterskluwer.com, or docprep@wolterskluwer.com
- Number of Attachments - the number of attachments in the package
- Size - the megabyte size of the package
- Push To Vault - – the data / time a SDX package is marked as being pushed to a customer’s Vault (review note: what is the customer's vault and what does pushing to it entail?
- Application - the application date of the package
- Consented - the date the package was consented
- Signed - the date the package was signed
- Paper Requested - the date the package was sent to paper fulfilment for paper processing
- Expiry - the date the package expired
- Subject -the package metadata.
- Push To Vault Note - - this is a note set on the SDX package that is for example an acknowledgement code from the customer’s Vaulting system
- Direct to Paper - the date the package was sent direct to paper
- Declined - the date the package was declined
- Rejected - the date the package was rejected
- Completed - the date the package was completed and mailed from paper fulfilment
- Viewed - the date the package was viewed
- Recalled - the date the package was recalled
- Deleted - the date the package was deleted
- Archived - the date the package was archived
- Purged - the date the package was purged
- TRID Undeliverable - (need definition)
- Recipient - the recipient’s email address.
- Component - a list of items that make up the package. This includes the package itself, and each attachment file name. This also displays if the component was viewed, the date viewed and how many times it was viewed (i.e. opened in the Adobe browser window)
- Notes - Package notes. This field will contain the shipping tracking number for FedEx and UPS.
- Labels - this is an extra note which ERP put on a package.
- Error - this is an error status on any (received or sent) package. This is set by the PaperOut team
- Num Views - how many times the package has been opened / viewed
- Notified On - this is the date / time the email notification was sent for the SDX package
- Status - shows the status and date that the status occurred, along with the tracking number
- Viewing Limit -if there is a limit set on the number of times a package can be viewed, the number is set here
- Requires Authentication -if the package required challenge answers
- Digitally Shred On - date the package was digitally shredded (if set up in the users Profile)
- Requires Signing - if the package required signing
