Tracking a Package Using a Reference Number

To track a package using a reference number: (review note: is reference number now loan number instead? will need to get this updated if it is.)

  1. Click the Tracking link from the Support section of the navigation menu. The Tracking screen is displayed.
  2. If not already selected, select the Reference Number option.
  3. Enter the number in the Search by field and click the Find button. Note that you must enter at least 5 digits. Anything fewer than 5 will cause an error message to display and will not return results.
    The search results are displayed.
  4. Click the link number. The package details are displayed in the bottom portion of the screen.
