Edit Templates

Proceed as follows:
  1. Click the Edit Templates link from the Groups section of the navigation menu. A list of currently configured groups is displayed.
    Note: You may need to expand group containers to view subgroups. The above image displays the top level group expanded.
  2. Click on the link for the group you wish to edit. The Workflow Configuration screen is displayed for the selected group.
    Note: Most of the email notifications that are sent to both senders and recipients are editable per the customer's needs. The templates for each email notification are listed in both HTML and plain text formats. Any edits done to a template must be completed in both versions of the templates.
  3. Select the template you wish to edit and click Edit at the top of the page.
  4. The selected template displays in an edit screen where you can change the text anfd formatting on the notification. Once finished, click Save. To return to the list of templates, click the Back button.
    Note: For the HTML templates, you can edit the HTML code by clicking the Show HTML button. You can revert back to the original text by clicking the Original Text button. Refer to the SDX E-Mail Templates document for a hard copy of the template text and more details about the template contents.

    All streamline implementations use the standard templates without edits.
