This topic discusses how to use the Form Creation Page to create new web forms. After using the alphabetical selector to choose the skin, proceed as follows: review note: It would be useful to have some guidance on when this might be used e.g. what kind of forms are being created, and for what purpose, and how/where it will appear. It also seems that it is necessary to already have a PDF form created to attach, in order to then define which fields to attach data to. Who would create this form? Does it come from the customer?
- Click the Add New button.
- Enter a web form name and click the green button to save.
- Enter the form details as follows:
- Click the green button to save. Note: Click the red button to delete a line from the web form. review note: What is the correct functionality here? If the red button is used to delete a line, and exception occurs. Also, the sequence number that was deleted is no longer available, and the next available sequence number is a duplicate of the last sequence number (not the one that was deleted), which means there can be two identical sequence numbers on the list (as it seems that sequence number cannot be edited). If lines are in the wrong order, they therefore cannot be changed around, only deleted and re-added at the next available (duplicate of most recent!) sequence number. If this is correct operation, more explanation is needed! Note: I also received an error message when I had deleted a line from the sequence "Exception occurred creating a web form and / or web form elements" (although it didn't stop the line from being deleted).
- Click the Back button to return to the Form Creation Page.
- Select the checkbox next to a web form and click the Delete button to remove it.
- Click the green button in the PDF column to select a PDF to attach to the web form. To remove a PDF from a web form, click the red X next to the PDF name.
