Teamup is a SaaS calendar solution that allows us to store and manage various dates for multiple products, release trains, and audiences. This tool utilizes compatibility URL's that are different depending on the intended audience. These URL's are created and managed within the Master calendar.
There is no login with a Teamup Calendar. All that you need to access your calendar is your calendar link; there are no user accounts.
We create a centrally-run, or master calendar with multiple sub-calendars. This master calendar is associated with an administrator link that allows certain users to configure the centralized settings, such as add sub-calendars and manage access links.
The central, or master calendar, is comprised of sub-calendars, created specifically for unique release trains, products, or audiences.
The Teamup calendar is built on URL's are different depending on your access rights, which are akin to user roles, such as "administrator," "contributor", and "event viewer."
There are several ways to view a calendar, by week, monthly, year, agenda, or by list. By default, a monthly calendar appears. Simply click the desired button to change displays.
