Organization Structure

The overall management of an organization shouldbe done at a single, dedicatedlocation. An organization hierarchy needs to be created to addressbranches or jurisdiction requirements. Over time new branchesof the organization may be required or existingbranches may require changes. Processes need to be in place for organizing, editing, and deleting organizations and their lending policiesto meet changingneeds.

To preparefor the process of managing an organizational hierarchy:

§  Reviewyour organization structure including branchesand jurisdictions

§  Have access to the detailedinformation required to define organizations and lendingpolicies

NOTE: An Expereorganization can cover multiple jurisdictions; users do not necessarily need to create a new organization for new jurisdictions
