Will all of my Global Interface settings cascade to my account - level interface settings?

Changes to global interface settings, Global parameters and global resources cascade down to all account level interface settings even if the interface is already linked to one or more accounts.

Adding or removing of account level parameters or resources do not cascade down to account level interface settings for accounts that have been previously linked to the interface.

Changes to the URL at the global interface level, will cascade down to the account level interface settings only if the account level interface has NOT already customized the URL value at the account level. Once the URL is updated at the account level, future URL changes at the global level will not cascade to the account level.
