The Error Search Results page shows the details of a mailing error that occurred. There could be more than one row for each row of the original CSV file depending on when the error is produced and how many borrowers were included. Columns are not sortable in this set of search results.
This table appears by Error Message, Batch File Name, Batch Submit Date, and Loan Number. See Error Search Results Descriptions below more information.
Error Search Results Descriptions
- Error Message – An explanation of what is wrong with a specific transaction.
- Batch File Name – The name of the batch file.
- Batch Submit Date – The time/date stamp the batch was submitted.
- Loan Number – The loan identification number.
Clicking the Export CSV button generates a CSV file using the records in the search results.
