The Fulfillment Manager application provides a way of monitoring the status of a mailing during the fulfillment process using a web based application.
If using DocOne Default, click the FULFILLMENT TRACKING tab to access this functionality.
The Fulfillment Manager application only will include transactions that have been submitted to Wolters Kluwer Financial Services for Print Fulfillment Services. If the DocOne Default user has chosen to print and fulfill themselves, those transactions do not appear in the Fulfillment Manager application.
