Issue

A defect has been identified while running the update command followed by a build command using the -skipUpdate switch on certain repositories in which a Notary section is missing from the MortgageOpenEnd file.

Solution

The skipUpdate command was modified to correctly resolve content references in a multi-org repository.

This feature requires an Expere Engine update.
