Seal attribute in signature content enhanced

Issue

It was reported that inconsistent behavior existed regarding the Seal prompt found in signature content; it was determined that the Seal was not always appearing under the signature line when required.

Solution

The printing issue has been resolved; the Seal now always prints as close to the signature line as possible when required.

This feature requires a Requirements Editor Tool and Expere Engine update.
