Adding an Image area (box) to the Static Document

This is a multi-part procedure, split into the following:

• Obtaining an xTemplate Image from an Existing REQ
• Modifying the xTemplate in I32 Design 6
• Importing the updated xTemplate into Requirements Editor
• Modifying the PTR for the Image Area(s)
