Installing the Visual Studio 2013 Isolated Shell

Pre-requisites: The Visual Studio 2013 Shell (Integrated) Redistributable Package is distributed on the Requirements Editor media for installation. The isolated shell recommendation for Web browser is Internet Explorer 10 (earlier versions are acceptable); the installer will provide this and other setup warnings as part of the installation process.
