Find
The Find feature searches through document requirements, dynamic outlines, and common files.
Search DRG: searches through static document requirements. The search may be modified to search all columns or a sub-set of columns for more specific searches.
- All documents or the currently selected document may be searched from within this dialog. If Searching All Documents, the results may be exported to a new tab within the application by selecting the Create Tab with Results button.
- Search Dynamic Outlines and Common Files: is available to search the legacy dynamic document requirements and/or common files that are available in Word format.
Note: Tabs can become hidden as more pages (such as search results) are added to the application. The tab/page pop-up menu provides easy access to all of the pages available in the application:
Double-clicking a search result opens the selected document in Microsoft Office Word with the search term highlighted at the position match.
Export Grid
The Export Grid funtion exports the Documents Requirement grid to an Excel spreadsheet.
