Organization Export Options
The organization navigation pane tree offers several data export functions for a selected precedence unit. With a precedence unit selected, right-click on the name to bring up the option menu and select the desired data export.
- Create Schema: exports a well-formed schema (XSD file) with the data requirements for the precedence unit. Once saved, the XSD is available to be opened in an XML or text editor.
- Create Document/XPath Cross Reference: exports a CSV file listing the XPaths for data elements within all of the PKGD documents in the selected precedence unit.
Document Export Options
The following export options are available by right-clicking on a document row:
- View Document Requirements: for static documents, the Documents Requirement tab will open with the selected document information populating the data requirements fields; for dynamic documents, a PDF will open for dynamic requirements files or a Microsoft Office Word document will open for the legacy dynamic documents.
- Create Schema: exports a well-formed schema (XSD file) with the data requirements for the document. Once saved, the XSD is available to be opened in an XML or text editor.
- Create Document/XPath Cross Reference: exports a CSV file listing XPaths for data elements within the selected document.
Note: Additional documents may be selected by holding the Ctrl key with clicking on the document row. The number of documents selected will be shown in the Selected (#) pane title. Each export features will produce one file with data for the combined files.
