The Global Checkbox allows users to indicate if the related Customer Comment for a particular datapoint is universal. Perform either of the following:
- Click the Global checkbox to enable/deselect a global comment.
Note: Global comments should be used for all datapoints never used in your system or for variables that cannot change.
- Select the Global column heading to sort the spreadsheet in ascending/descending order.
Note: The reports are read-only. Users cannot perform any editing or sorting on the reports.
