The attribute grid, or tab, displays the following attributes. Some attributes are unique to a given schema and, as such, may not be displayed depending on the underlying schema. You will also notice differences based on LOB depending on the source schema used in documents for a given LOB (for example: HE/CDL, Deposit, Mortgage).
The following is a list of
Attribute fields displayed on the tab:
- XPath: the XPath that associates with the attribute.
- Attribute Name: the name of the attribute.
- LDD Name: the data name.
- OPPSA: indicates the data items are included in the Expere OPPSA tool, if present in the data dictionary file.
- Schema Data Type: lists the valid data type of the attribute (string, Boolean, enumerated, numeric, date/time).
- Enumerations: if data type is enumerated, the valid enumerations are displayed. For example:
- Y or N
- Email, Fax, Phone, Other
- Home, Mobile, Work
- Fixed, ARM, Balloon
- Description: a description of the data element and usage.
- Usage Count:
- Packages/Documents: the package associations to the attribute.
- SuppressUI: indicates if the attribute is suppressed (Y/1) or not (N/0).
- Auto-Selection/Instancing: indicates if the attribute is selected for auto selection (Y/1) or not (N/0).
- Prompt: (Column exists on attributes tab, but its not getting populated from the builder)
- OrderIndex:
- GroupName:
- Source: where the information requirement was derived from MISMO.
- Context: describes the use case for why or in what context the data is required.
- Processes: indicates the transactions or phases that use the attribute.
- Sample Data: provides sample data if included.
Custom Attributes: Any custom attributes associated with a schema are included in the grid in the last positions. For example,
