Customer Comments

The Customer Comments text field allows users to document any discrepancy related to the particular datapoint. Perform either of the following.

Click inside the Customer Comments text field enter comments.
Select the Customer Comments column heading to sort the spreadsheet in ascending/descending order.

Note: Click Save Comments to store the comments for future reference.
