The Lower Limit option determines the minimum number of documents to be cached in memory.
The default value for Lower Limit can be set within the ExpereTestingSystem.properties file The default setting for Lower Limit is 10.
The system administrator can configure this setting within the ExpereTestingSystem.properties file.
