ORACLE users: In addition to the previous prerequisites, the following apply to Oracle users:
- NLS_CHARACTERSET=AL32UTF8
- For a 64 bit OS, you must use a 64 bit ODAC. Search the Internet for “ODAC x64” to find the 64 bit ODAC.
The person performing the installation or update must be able to access the database via SQL Plus from the installation/upgrade machine.
