Data Failure Reason

This field states any discrepancies that exist for a particular transaction. If a discrepancy exists, the system displays the following:

• Expected data from the baseline transaction data
• Actual data that was in the customer transaction

Users can select the Data Failure Reason column heading to sort the spreadsheet in ascending/descending order.

If a data failure occurs, determine how the integration to Expere requires resolved.
