Locating .CSV File Names

Use the Package List and Data Dictionary Viewer to determine which data you need to submit to DocOne®. The Package List breaks out each document required by state. If you are supporting DocOne in all States then map to support all data requirements. If you are narrowing your mapping efforts to support only specific states use the Package List to narrow the list of documents. The DocOne® .EDDV file contains all fields that could be used as columns within a .CSV file.

For detailed information on using the Data Dictionary Viewer, consult the Data Dictonary Viewer User Guide.

  1. Open a Pre-foreclosure .EDDV file.
  2. Click the Precedence Structure tab to display the ORG.WoltersKluwerFinancialServices.Root in the tree view on the left side of the screen. Click the "+" sign next to load the data dictionary into the tool.
  3. Select a precedence level or package (for example: Preforeclosure) to load specific documents and data requirements.
  4. If using a subset of documents, select the set of document in the Documents pane.
Note: This limits the Data Requirements to those in the selected documents
  5. From the Data Requirements pane, right-click on a desired XPath for a data element in the selected precedence unit. Select View Attribute Properties to display specific attribute information for the desired data element.
  6. Select the Custom Info tab on the bottom half of the screen to display the following fields:
    • Target Data Element
    • CSV Field Name
    • Max Items
The CSV Field Name information corresponds to the header information in the .CSV file; for example: CSV Field Name = BORR1_FNAME
