Searching for transactions

Users can use the fields below to search for transactions using the following search criteria:

• Name; up to 60 characters; the name does not require an exact match.
• Loan Number; the loan number does not require an exact match.
• Account ID
• Property Address; enter a partial or full address up to 80 characters
• Date, through Created Start Date and Created End Date fields; click either to display the calendar icon; click the calendar icon to open the calendar and select a month and day. Entering a date in this field returns search results from the start date to the present date.

Once you have entered the search criteria, click the Search button to perform the search and display search results. See Viewing Search Results for more information.

Complete any of the fields below for a more precise search. While none of these fields are required, entering data in any of the fields will narrow your search results.

To quickly reset the search criteria: click the appropriate product at the top of the screen to refresh the page and re-enter search terms.
