This change log describes new features, enhancements, and defect corrections for the DocOne® application.
DocOne Account Administrators: ability to deactivate a base package
Previously, DocOne account administrators could only deactivate/activate custom packages in the Administrator application. Administrators can now deactivate/activate base packages.
A deactivated package will remain reassigned to your account for activation at a later date. Click the X button for that package to deactivate it; click YES to confirm the action.
Document selection enhancements
The following enhancement have been implemented when selecting a document(s) in a new transaction:

Default users: document preparation date is now set to current date
Due to a compliance recommendation, the Document Preparation Date is now always set to the current date when creating the final package and sending to fulfillment.
Recent Transactions and Search Transactions pages combined; Import CSV option combined for Default users
Users can now perform the following actions from the combined pages (DocOne® Main Page):

Ability to delete transactions available
Users can now delete transactions by hovering over the desired transaction on the DocOne Main Page and selecting the delete (X) icon on the right side of the transaction. For more information, see Deleting transactions.

Ability to preview documents
Users can now preview documents before creating the final package; click the PREVIEW button to generate a preview of the document(s). Each page includes a watermark across the entire page; no billing record is created.
CREATE PACKAGE button replaced VIEW PDF button
The CREATE PACKAGE button has now replaced VIEW PDF; it appears after generating documents in the DocViewer and operates as it did before.
The DocOne Administration Guide is now available for users to learn information on creating/editing organizations, users, roles, contacts as creating custom packages. Click here for a read-only version of the document. In the future, you can access the DocOne Administration Guide in the Overview section.
Accounts option added to all DocOne® products
Accounts have replaced Organizations as the primary container for customer data. Users can now select a specific account from the Accounts dropdown to process a new transaction. Organizations now act as a means to organize transactions; for example: branches.

User Profile Page added
The User Profile page allows DocOne users to perform the following:

Mailing options added to DocOne® Default
After selecting the SEND TO FULFILLMENT button, users can select one of the following mailing options when sending a default package:
Users can select USPS, FedEx, or UPS as mailing options.

USPS Firmbook clarification for First Class mailings
Users can select the Add to Firm Mail Book (Not available for First Class or USPS Priority) option when selecting any of the following Certified mail types:

Error message clarification added when sending to print fulfillment
Selecting the Send to Fulfillment button on the transaction summary page displays either a confirmation message or error regarding the mailing. Typical errors include the following:

Organization search available
Users can now select any of the organizations within their license account(s). Click the CHANGE link in the ORGANIZATION section when creating, editing, or copying a transaction.
The search results display the name of the organization and its location for each entry.

Default Organization enhanced
When logging in and creating a new transaction, DocOne displays the last used organization in the ORGANIZATIONS field.
