This section explains how to open an existing transaction; users can open transactions through the following:
- Selecting a transaction from the recent transactions section on the DocOne Main Page upon login.
- Searching for a transaction and selecting it from the search results.
When opening an existing transaction, note the following:
- You cannot change the Package Type, nor deselect a previously-selected document.
- You can either add a document or edit a transaction.
Note: If the transaction has previously been submitted to WKFS for print fulfillment services, the user can only view a transaction summary through the View Summary link; the Edit Transaction option is not available.
