When you submit a deal to a lender, the customer/dealer consent acknowledgement opens.

The acknowledgement is there to remind you of documents and other items you need to have in place before submitting the deal. In particular, you must have a signed credit application on file for the customer before submitting the deal.
Read the message carefully and when you are sure all requirements are in place, click the OK button. The message is a compliance reminder and you must click OK to proceed.
