As a dealer, you handle sensitive information for your customers. Drivers’ licenses, credit applications, and other documents contain information that could be misused and should not be sent by fax or regular email.
When you send a document to a lender or customer from the E-Files tab, AppOne sends an email with a link to the sent document. Before opening the document, the recipient must click on the link and answer a set of authentication questions before AppOne opens the document. You can be confident that only the intended recipient can view the document.
