Set up non-AppOne lenders

Set up non-AppOne lenders on the My Lenders page. Set up form batches for non-AppOne lenders on the My Form Batches page.

  1. Select Admin Console on the menu bar.
  2. Click the My Lenders link.
  3. Use the Collateral Type drop-down at the top of the page to filter lenders by collateral type.
  4. Review non-AppOne lenders in the Other Lenders section.
    • If you have subscribed to AppOne for Dealers, you can add and edit lenders in this section.
    • If you have not subscribed, you can activate a trial subscription by clicking the Activate Free 30-Day Trial button. After activating the 30-day trial, you will be able to add non-AppOne lenders and print documents for these lenders. After 30 days, the trial expires.
      Note: If you do not have the ability to add a non-AppOne lender, contact SupportLine or your business development manager. See Contact AppOne for contact information.
  5. To edit a non-AppOne lender, click on the link in the Lender Name column.
  6. To add a non-AppOne lender, click the Add Other Lender button.
  7. Enter or update information in the Add New Lender or Update Lender dialog.
    • You can select a lender name from the from the Lender list or select the Add New Lender Manually option .
    • Information will automatically display for some lenders.
    • The State Lien Holder Code is the code for submitting applications electronically.
    • In the Additional Information section, set the Contract Accrual Disclosure and the Calculation Method. Contact the lender to find out the accrual methods they prefer.
      Note: The Contract Accrual Disclosure is the accrual method that prints on the contract. The Calculations Method is the method AppOne uses for calculations. Depending on the lender's preference, these may be different.
    • Enter the Maximum Deductible specified by the lender.
    • If the Insurance (Loss Payee) Information is the same as the Lien Holder Information, check the Same as above box.
  8. Click the Save button. Wait until the lender displays in the list before proceeding.
  9. Enter the dealer ID from your lender in the LenderDealerID field.
  10. Click the Save button.
