Enable RouteOne Access or add lenders on the Lenders tab, RouteOne DSP Lenders subtab.
If you are not set up with RouteOne, the RouteOne DSP Lenders subtab includes instructions for setting up RouteOne lenders and a Request R1-DSP Interface button. Read the instructions for setting up RouteOne before clicking the button.
When you click the button, AppOne submits your request for access. The activation process takes five to seven days. Your BDM will notify you when your dealership has been activated. You can also check the RouteOne Lenders subtab to see if your dealership has been activated..
If you are set up with RouteOne, the RouteOne DSP Lenders subtab includes a Request Lenders on R1-DSP button and instructions for using the interface and adding additional lenders.
Read the instructions and click the Request Lenders on R1-DSP button.
In the Add New Lender pop-up, enter the names of one or more lenders along with your dealer number.
Click the Send Message button.
After you send the message:
The lender receives your request and sends your dealership information to RouteOne for provisioning through an overnight automated process.
RouteOne receives your information from the lender and processes it.
AppOne activates your dealership through the lender through the DSP interface through an overnight process.
The lender appears in the Adim Console My Lenders page.
AppOne recommends contacting the lender directly to expedite the process or if you have questions.
