Fix a CPS lender decision that did not update

After a decision rehash, the Buy Rate, Max Rate, and other values may not update immediately. Follow these steps to update the rate and other lender decision values:

  1. Contact the CPS analyst at 888-359-0574 (888-359-0574 FREE) to verify the lender decision, including the amount financed, term, and rates.
  2. In the Lender Callback page, make updates. You can update any editable field. For example, to update the Buy Rate and Max Rate, enter new values in the fields highlighted below:
  3. Click the Save Callbacks button.
